Today the Cyber bullying party began with the afternoon security team.
The security guard was in a good mood after having two hours of fun time. The
police officer had a loud and hateful attitude. He spoke noticeably and most of
the time applauded to coordinate with his mocking laughter.
Suddenly the police officer handled his hat to the security guard who
put his phone inside the hat. He settled the web pages and then gave it back to
the officer. I was stunned by this ridiculous action and I stood up to take
pictures and make a video. The bullies didn’t care about. The security guard
walked around pretending he was not part of the game although he was talking to
the officer with caution as always he does.

Since I am condemned to be a target of emotional abuse by Bank of America’s
security team I will never stop expressing it. Every day the security guard
finds a police officer available to have fun at me. They know that using the

Today my bullies were beside the train station. This time the police
officer turned me his back to prevent me to see his phone, but I could still
see their sharing laughs and looks. Later they went back to the usual place of
gathering to continue their cyber mockery. A maintenance man who was with my

Since I started this blog I apologized for errors writing in the English
language, I was educated in a Hispanic country and my first language is
Spanish. It is not easy for me after living a hell for 8 hours; at night write
a professional report. I am almost 60 years old living my death without any
peace on mind.
There is a story behind the obsession of the security guard for
harassing me and began the first week I came to Bank of America’s Tower.
The second day he told me that after 6:30 PM he is at the end of the building
and I had passed by his side without saying goodbye. The third day on my way to
the train station he was waiting for me. He asked me to remove my glasses to
see my eyes, then he said I have nice lips, or teeth I couldn’t hear the exact
word.
The fourth day again he stopped me. We talk about personal things. He
told me that he is unmarried, lives in his parent's house in Brooklyn and
during weekends he take care of his music business. He proposed me that if I
cook Spanish dish he would bring a bottle of wine. This overwhelmed me and
since that day I have never walked by his side. When he told me that the police
officers who are his friends would not interrupt my protests, I kept his
friendship but with caution. I later learned that his strategy did not work and
he was mocking at me with the police officers using my web pages. I decided not
talking to him anymore. There is no day that he does not harass me along with
the police officers in service. They follow his game pulling out the phone to
laugh with my web pages. Today was a windy day, barely could I hold my poster,
and my hands were hurt. All I saw was their looks, laughs and the police
officer sharing my web pages.

fun social gathering. The security guard is always desperate to tell stories to
his companions. Several times the gossip led the police officer into the
temptation to take out his cell phone to check the stories told by the security

Whenever I have to scream to stop harassment towards me it impacts me
terribly. Today my executioner had as a partner one of his best friends who

this police officer after using almost all his time on his cell phone finally
he put his cell away. Immediately the security guard pulls out his cell phone,
turned me his back and began to share pages with the police.
The stress took the best of me to shout out the

In a picture he still has the cell phone in his hand. My medical
conditions after such repeated events forced me to go to a hospital. I wasn't

Today on my arrival at Bank of America I had received the same
looks and mockery smiles from the security team. The security guard began to
have his usual talk and made the two officers on duty pull out their cells

Yesterday was the first time I saw a police officer working the
entire shift with honesty and professionalism. He did not fall in the
ridiculous game of the security guard. Thanks to this officer, my day was less

Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park Sixth Ave NY
The executioner assigned to my protests is the security guard of
Bank of America. Any person can be his partner to start harasses me. Today he
uses one employee of maintenance and ended with a police officer. In one
of the photos he looked at me while displaying web pages to the policeman.
There is another person who always stands by the train station to
use his cell phone. When the security guard arrives, he comes out with a smile.
They greet one another with shaking hands or just touching their fists of
closed hands. They look and share web pages. At the end of the meeting they do
same greeting. The expression on their faces shows satisfaction for a job well
done.

The job of harassment appointed to the security guard of Bank of America
has been executed very well. It seems that he doesn't care what I say or take
pictures. He instigates the police officers to fall into his gossip and then
invite them to laugh with my web pages. On my protest# 245 of May
15, 2014 he was a guide to a police woman who told me she would
investigate the reason of been protesting. This was one of his most enjoyable
days.
On Protest# 264, of June 12, 2014 desperately
for his mockery I sent to him this message through my post. I am writing
this page to the person who sees me every day and use my blogs to make fun of
me. If this is included in the salary enjoy it! The evidences that I have are
enough to fill one of the chapters of my forthcoming book.
