In the afternoon this shit-bully was lucky to find previous bullying
partner to harass me. Then, he went to the other security officer, but the
officer walked away very soon.
Today I wanted to defy the rain hoping the weather forecast announcing the entire day with downpours was wrong. Upon exiting the train station, I waited 20 minutes for the rain to stop, but finally decided to face my hell. I was lucky to see the shit but not the bully.

The posters that I display
on my protests are not hidden from my web sites. All the pictures are on public
view. My new poster has a picture of my book, I can’t display it because is
covered by pictures of my bullies.
This set of 50
protests has left me very disappointed. Almost all the security officers that
had harassed me on previous years they have stopped from do so. I am very thankful.
Unfortunately, there
are 3 of them that their Bullying has left on me a trace of indelible hatred. This
year 2 of them still feeding that hate.

The severe storms
from yesterday kept me locked in 4 walls. Today a damn morning put me on nausea
and my eyes on the cyber-bully’s phones. The security team was more intended to
harass me than to work. A woman was sitting for a while on the floor, by the
crystals of the bank, giving a poor image to the facade of the building.
The position that
this old bully uses to bullying me is ridiculous. He opens his legs and moves his
body back and forth. As now he's my weekly bully I'll name him "THE ROCKING HORSE-RIDER" this way

It seems that this shameless
security officer of bank of America is assigned to continue his cyber-bullying
of previous years. From 4 security officers of the day he's the only one who's
been including cyber bullying in his security duties. Today he took pictures of

Today the morning
security team had a weird attitude that made me face them all the time. They
were behind and in front of me very close to the barrier where I was. I had not
had this surveillance since protest #
178 of September 17, 2013 when I was labeled as a dangerous person and the
bank used police barriers.
A weird business
made at the cyber-corner put my camera in action. A man brought two boxes in a
shopping cart. He sneaked out the boxes, then opened and showed them quickly to
his friend. After a cash transaction the boxes were placed in large bags. The
partners seemed to argue, this aroused my curiosity. I took pictures, but they
were discovered, and I received unpleasant looks.
Other events just
kept me distracted: an elderly woman strove to enter the bank through the
revolving door with 2 small dogs, these poor pals were having hard time.
Someone left two packs of condoms by my side. One of them was grabbed quickly,
the other nobody wanted to take it, an old man looked at it, but was not
interested. Newlyweds enjoyed taking pictures in the selective area of the
bank.

The first 25 minutes of this sunny day were like a gift
from heaven. I dreamed to have a full day bullying- free. All was bright until
my eyes were connected to my long time cyber bully and his phone.
Suddenly the “shit bully” was approaching to the security

On P# 888 I left without posting the
photos of one of the three most odious cyber-bullies since 2013 trying to
harass me with the phone. Today I could not ignore his intentions of mockery. The
first picture of this day and others put my eyes and cameras on his bullying and
became part of this post.
Yesterday the state
of New York had primary elections. I am proud that my vote has contributed to
the re-election of Governor Andrew M Cuomo. I am very grateful to Governor
Cuomo for answering a letter I sent to him on May 18, 2014. This about the prohibitions stipulated by Bank of
America to make my protests on the public sidewalk.

Today I couldn’t hide
the symptoms of my medical conditions. The woman I call the “The President’s fan” as soon noticed
my cough and running nose pulled out from her purse a small bottle of oil of
oregano. She wanted to put 2 drops under my tongue. This woman spent about one
hour trying to convince me that her medication would cure me very quickly. I
refused to take it, I felt it would make no effects even for my sore throat. My
visitor left very disappointed.
Later, I was
informed that yesterday the dent of the crosswalk caused a man to lose control
of his bicycle. He fell and injured his legs; the blood stains were still on
the ground next to the traffic barrier where I do my protest.

On previous protest the food vendor that works by the public
sidewalk in front of Bank of America showed me his arms burned by the steam of
the grill and the sun. today I brought him a cream to relief the blisters. Also,
I gave him a brush to apply instead of using his fingers that are touching the
food. This man did not know how to thank me, offered me any drink I wanted, he
looked very excited and full of gratitude. I didn’t accept anything; his thanks

I have done resumes, (on 2015 I made one for an employee of
the tower of bank of America). I have filled applications and translating
documents for people who doesn’t speak English. A woman asked me how to open a
credit card, I gave her my advices and she got one from Bank of America.
This weekend I went thru the hell helping a man who wanted a
wheelchair from eBay. I learned how to do bids in an auction. This person gave
me $800.00 in cash and I get his wheelchair for $561.00. The seller is in Delaware and the wheelchair must be pick
up in that state. I tried to travel this holiday weekend, but the tickets were
too expensive. The man cannot go because the wheelchair he uses is falling
apart. A month ago, he asked me to order new wheels for his chair, but due to
problems of delivery they have not yet been shipped. I received a call today
from my bank informing me that my account is frozen for fraud.

Today when I was approaching to the tower of Bank of America,
before crossing the street I found a person sleeping on the public sidewalk. Later,
a generous woman gave me a bag with bread and cookies. I thought about the homeless
and decided to give it. This was a hostile woman who refused to take it.
When I settled this protest, I noticed that beside the bank’s
main door someone had urinated. It seemed that no one had seen the disgusting
incident. Almost two hours later one of the maintenance men was observing the
door and found the urine, immediately cleaned the area. Excellent employee! Good Job!
Today I was attracted by 2 young Jews men that were asking
passers-by if they were Jews. I witnessed 2 sessions of a ritual that was
unknown to me. Although I didn’t understand, the act was interesting to
me. The tradition and the Jewish culture
are very diverse and heterogeneous, since they were developed in different ways
in various communities.

I find it hard to believe that no one has reported to the
office of Public Works of New York City the danger of this dent on the
crosswalk. During my protest p # 875
of August 16, 2018 I covered the hole with a construction cone, but it was
removed.
This is the first time that I have seen a security officer
caring about the facade of the Tower of bank of America. A group of people were
sitting on the floor by the selective area of the bank. The security officer
went there and asked them to move out. The officer waited until the last person

This is the
first time that a visitor attracted by my poster tells me its story in a
shocking way. This lady was standing holding a walker for 3 hours without any
sign of being tired. She was a police officer for over 9 years and retired as a
teacher. She's a very devout admirer of President Donald Trump. The president
is her inspiration, her hero and is very well informed about his successes,
feeling proud of his work as a business man and as president. Her eloquence to
speak left me speechless. In fear of exhausting the battery from my camera, I

I can’t ignore people making fun at me or judging me as stupid even if it
is for short time. All the facts I said have images that prove my statements. Today’s
bullying was brought by the dog walker I call “Mimicked bully”. He enjoyed
mockery at me with one of the security officers, I could hear his noisy laughter. There is a reason
that made me to file these images in one of my unpublished folders. The
security officer came across with this bully and was motivated by his laughs
and looks towards me. He was aware of my pictures and avoided a long meeting. I'm thankful that the

Since the road
repair of July 6th, 2018, I have observed a dent left in the crosswalk of
42nd street and 6 Ave. I've seen people falling into this superficial hole. I
have not taken pictures in consideration of those who fall, it is an
embarrassing situation. Today 46 minutes after my arrival at the bank I was
frustrated not being able to do anything and took a picture of the cavity.
Today in less than 3 hours a young employee of Bank of America Tower fell. She
was lucky didn't get hurt.

sidewalk and I was not allowed to be there. Also said that can’t go to the train
station beside the building, neither use the elevator from the station. I must
be by the edge of the road behind a traffic barrier, otherwise I will be
arrested. I followed all this bullshit!

dog walker was eager to continue harassing me. He stood in front of me with
provocative looks and fooling his dog to annoy me. He tried to keep this miserable dog up but

only way that the dog is standing is when the bully shows a treat. This heartless
man hesitates to give it and makes him suffer leaving him tired and restless. I

The reason I
went to the public sidewalk was to take pictures of this dog that for 5 years

Today this evil
dog walker was eager to continue harassing me. He stood in front of me with
provocative looks and fooling his dog to annoy me. He tried to keep this miserable dog up but
the dog fell to the floor in less than a minute.
The
only way that the dog is standing is when the bully shows a treat. This heartless
man hesitates to give it and makes him suffer leaving him tired and restless. I
made a video that proves today’s facts. The security officer enjoyed the
bullying game.

Today my
morning’s visitor impressed me by his quiet attitude. He believed that I was
selling religious things. He realized that the Bank took a picture of him because
they assumed we were a team. I asked him if he had something against the Bank
and he said no, he just wanted to sit by the sidewalk. I was also impressed by
the security officer; He was concentrated on the phone and ignored the
significance of the poster. In fear that
this guy get into trouble, I watched him all the time that was by my side.
In the
afternoon, I wondered if the food delivery guy was inside the bank or forgot
his bag. Suddenly I saw a man sitting on the top of the bag. 16 minutes later,
the man left the place.

The newly
cyber-bully, the sniffing bomb-dog
walker showed me his bullying after 2 attempts
to fool me on p#846 and p#851.
He judged me as stupid but I saw him as a “Dumb Mimicked” that was
unable to hide his intentions of harass me. He acted like his co-worker the old
“Shit –Bully”.
I recorded his
pantomimes and filed them in one of my unpublished folders which I called "I'm
not stupid. Are you? ". Since this "Dumb mimicked" on
p #857 had the guts to come to me, make fun at my poster and then mockery
at my web pages with the security officer creator of this harassment, I have no
reason to keep this folder. He will be one more bully-star for my posts and a
target for my cameras.

In the
afternoon the thunderstorm did not prevent me to make 8 hours of protesting.
Although I have my hands injured by holding my poster during the strong gusts
of wind of Monday and Tuesday I could overcome today’s winds.
At 5:11 pm I
saw the legs and the suitcase of a person sitting by the bank area. I walked
close to the sidewalk and found a young man.
At 5:20 pm I quit worrying when someone from inside security spoke with
him. This man remained on the floor a while but overseen by the security
officer.

First trip: from 11:05
to 11:49am. The “Shit-Bully” tried to make the security officer a confident of
his bullshit acting innocent. He got the officer’s attention but not the chance
to make fun at me.
Second trip: the “Shit-Bully” sought
for my back while I looked for his face. At 1:05 pm came out from my back taking
advantage that I was sitting writing notes. Quietly he passed close to me. He was lucky that today I covered the picture
of my book to show the poster of my 5th anniversary. He could see himself as a
bully’s star. He went
to the security guard at the Bank branch to show his findings. He returned to the Cyber
Corner but the officer on duty refused to get involved in his game. Magically
appeared a bank employee and used him to mocker at me.
Third trip: At 4:27 pm
the “Shit-Bully” appeared with the other security officer on duty. This time found the
partner for his long-awaited social gathering and have fun at me. The gossip
session lasted until the 5:00 pm.

Today I
could start this protest at 12:25 am. The sniffing –bomb dog walker, the Holy
Bully was having a meeting with the security officer. The “Holy Bully turned me
his back to fool me but then looked at me laughing. He pulled out his phone
searching for web pages to share it with his partner. This was a rainy day, the
meeting ended when the rain got worse and the bullies went inside the Bank.
A ridiculous
spectacle took place in the afternoon. The cynic dog walker returned, he came
across with a security officer. I know exactly his steps to bullying me and how
it begins also how his dirty mind is. He knows that my cameras are ready, even
though this is a joke for him. This shameless man wanted to play taking
pictures of me and hide among the people, pretending to be innocent. His
miserable dog was mistreated during his movements. Some people laughed, I was
in the rain and he was not.

Today a dog
Walker finally decided to show me his bullying. He began to laugh at me upon my arrival to the Bank. Minutes later, came to the barriers where yesterday the dog
urinated. This time the dog could not do it. He looked at me and approached to
my poster to have fun with my photos. We exchanged some words but all he wanted
was taunting at me. In the afternoon he met with the security officer creator of this
cyber bullying. He was reading my posts out loud, laughing and sharing the
phone with his partner. Two security teams participated in his party of
intimidation.
The other
event that put me in shock was the morning cyber-security officer. He stood by
one of the barriers; put his hat with the phone inside on the top of the
barrier. He lighted a cigarette and started smoking. A couple with a boy approached
to him asking for directions and spoke with the mouth full of smoke.
The bullies enjoyed
my struggling against the gusts of winds including, the balloons fleeing away or
popping up.

Because of the
devotion of these 3 bullies to ruin my protests and make fun at my web pages, I
was inspired in a religious trio to call them the Holy Father, Holy Son, and
the Holy Bully
SECURITY OFFICER BULLY-CREATOR- “HOLY FATHER”
I met this security officer
the first day that I started protesting at the Tower of Bank of America. He stared
at me with a smile of mockery, and then drew the attention of the security
guard. The security officer found the name of my web pages on my poster and
immediately pulled out the phone and began to laugh as he passed the pages. The
security guard followed the intimidation game and it became part of their job.
The Cyber Bullying progressed to the point of becoming immortal.
During this week
someone removed the lid of the gas sewer located beside the traffic barrier
where I was. Passers-by who see the hole jumped immediately. In fear that
someone distracted might fall I went to this security officer to let him know
the dangerous of the hole. He didn’t care about my concern and with smile of
scorn turned his back to me.
Because whenever
this bully-officer is in service always intimidated me, I made a poster for him
saying: ON DUTY MY CYBER-BULLY CREATOR
SINCE 2013.
SECURITY GUARD “HOLY SON”
This man enjoyed making
fun at me; he promoted my web pages among those who joined the Cyber corner. He
instigated the security officers to bullying me; some of them were more cruel
and miserable than others. They
labeled me as a stupid to mockery at me during the long social meetings. Having to see the Security Guard every day increased
more my hatred towards him.
Besides the bullying
of the security guard, his ridiculous attempts to get me involved in a personal
relationship forced me to avoid any conversation with him. He asked me to
prepare a dinner for both of us that he would bring a bottle of wine. Then he
stared at my mouth saying I have nice lips.
On 2014 I was forced
to create a poster I named: CYBER-BULLIES MEMORIAL GIVEN BY BANK OF
AMERICA SECURITY TEAM with 50 pictures.
THE SNIFFING-BOMB DOG WALKER “HOLY BULLY”
This sniffing-bomb
walker is the oldest promoter of this endless cyber bullying that is still
active. During my early years protesting by the tower of Bank of America, when I
resumed again my protests, the first day I was visited by him. He looked at the
photos of my poster and then pointed to the picture of the security guard
informing me that he was still in service for the Bank. This was a treacherous
game because they were friends and partners of intimidation. I was blind
focusing on the security team and omitted to display his bullying on my posts.
This year 2018 this
"Holy Bully” killed my hope to be free of bullying. I was grateful that the
security officers stopped its harassment as they had done in the past.
Unfortunately, this man wants to keep it alive, never loses opportunity to
instigate the security officers and make them part of his game of intimidation.
In addition the abuse of his exhausted dog breaks my heart. This man to keep
the dog standing pulls the leash carelessly crushing its ears against the head.
Sometimes the dog is tricked by a treat that does not receive.
