A HEARTBREAKING VIDEO I'VE EVER
HAD PRODUCED BY BULLYING
Yesterday less than 2 hours I was bullying-free of my 8 hours of
protest, today less than 3 hours and these were before noon. The assigned bully of Bank of America enjoys bullying
me, while I'm struggling not to lose control of my mind. As follow is a brief
description of his miserable bullying of today.
At 12:20 pm Oscar the
fucking bully” as soon as he saw me he started laughing, he wanted I follow him
to scream curses at him. To make fun of my accent, he copied what I said.
At 1:51 pm he continued his
harassment by talking to me nonsense and went to the back of the building
instigating me to go to the bank’s sidewalk which I am forbidden to cross. A
woman was with him patting the dog, they both laughed at my frustration. The
woman followed me, and I explained the situation. She hugged me showing sadness
for the bullying, then remarked that the dog was very skinny and all she felt
when she touched it were bones.
At 3:38 p.m., I couldn't
stand my devastated feelings, I walked with the bully desperately. The security
officers listened to me when I asked this bully why he laughs at me every time
he sees me. His answer was more laughter. One of the officers was very
compassionate asking me to ignore him, but this is impossible.
At 4:47 he returned, mocking
at me again, but I had already regained my strength to pursue his harassment
game. The security guard at the bank branch pulled out his cell phone to record
me. “Oscar the fucking bully” threatened
me twice trying to follow me when I turned my back on him.

On July 24, 2019 I
am going to display a picture with 2019 protests’
numbers of the two bullies who have recently hurt me a lot with their
harassment. They have different ways of making fun at me, but they both
instigate others to do it too.
1- The long-time cyber security officer that I call “Jinete”. His bullying is silent, it is
based on body language, we've never spoken. I don't know his name, I just found
out he's from the Dominican Republic.
2-The sniffing bomb dog walker “Oscar
the fucking Bully”. We were friends and he betrayed me when he found out
who were the two bullies I hate the most. He ruined my 5th anniversary day with
the officer who created this endless bullying in 2013. His intimidation is
challenging and ridiculous to get me out of control. He likes me to yell at him
to make fun of my accent and frustration.
My personal life is totally devastated by the people I find in my
eagerness to get a roof over my head. Although I'm terrified after moving to house#
16, I'll do everything I can to carry out this celebration of death.

It's easy for this man to harass me every hour with the excuse of
walking his dog and pretending he's not doing anything. From now on, after

This included some inappropriate ones when he stared at a
woman's butt. At 11:00 am he posed for more photos with sunglasses and a hand
on his gun.
Because they were 3 bullies in one day I had to calculate the batteries
of my cameras for everyone. 'Oscar the fucking bully”, what he's
looking for is getting me out of control, so I can yell at him what he is. The
offensive words of the maintenance man were told between his teeth and in low

Around 11:51 suddenly I found a cell phone on the top of a traffic
barrier next to the one where I do my protest. When I was trying to check it, a
man came and snatched the phone out of my hand saying, “DON’T TOUCH IT”. He walked towards the building of the bank and
carefully put the phone on the floor. Although he seemed very angry he did not
drop the phone, he left quickly. His strange attitude was very troubling to me.
I called one of the maintenance men and we went to the area where the
phone was. He returned to the bank saying he would report to security. I stayed
asking people not to touch the phone and keep away from it. Minutes later, a
man who works for the bank spoke to me through the crystals in clear body
language. He was laughing pointing at the street and to his watch, trying to
say I had to move out because the phone was a time bomb.
After 10 minutes a building’s employee came out and picked
up the phone. When I told him about my concern, he left the phone on the floor.
There was another employee watching the situation. This man is one of those who
have hated me since I started protesting. I tried to tell him what happened
with the phone. He wouldn't listen to me, and with a derogatory move of his
hand, he tried to shut me up.

Today due to my mental exhaustion I was about to end this protest by 3:00
pm. I was mercilessly beaten by sadness, the impossibility of not being able to
be with my children in their pain, two nights without sleeping, my housing
problems and especially the accumulated hatred of 4 days of bullying from previous
week.
When I was struggling not to beat myself, I raised my head and suddenly
found the bullying of bully# 4, the maintenance man. I didn't know how long he
was in front of me, but his mocking glances and laughter were enough not only
for me but also for women passing by. The hatred I feel for his constant harassment,
for p# 949 when he mocked at me with two officers and p# 960 when he came to me
to accuse the officers of making him laugh, held me to finish the 8 long
miserable hours.

I started this protest at 11:10 am. As an evil appearance in less than
one hour of been in front of bank of America, I had before my eyes this
cyber-bully posing for a funny video through the bank's crystals. To please him

Due to the rainy week the water leaked into my posters keeping them
wet. Today I ended 8 hours of protest at 7:11 pm having as background sunbeams.
A MESSAGE TO MY BULLIES:
As soon as you're by my sight, you'll be on my
camera. I take more pictures than videos. The photos print the date and

this feature. Today in the afternoon my nosy bully #4 gave me dirty looks for a

Today I arrived at the bank by 9:28 am. The cyber security officer “Jinete”
was talking to a maintenance man. He didn't have his hat on but when he saw me
he put it on and walked towards me posing for a picture. When the photo was
finished he took off his hat and returned to the maintenance man who is his
compatriot (Dominican Republic).
The obsession of this security officer for harassing me with the phone
is biggest than his duty as security. This maintenance man is a nice hard-working
person and now he became part of a bullying meeting. It broke my heart. The other
participant in today’s harassment is a man from inside security who is my
compatriot (Colombia).
In the afternoon the intentions of the dog walker for harassing me were
not carried out, this helped me to digest the morning’s bullying.

Today’s bullies enjoyed harassing me under heavy rain. When the damn
dog walker was talking to me nonsense's I couldn’t understand, I yelled at him

This cynical fucking man whose dog is more human than him at 12:35 PM
made his first trip to harass me. He passed by my side laughing because one of
my most hated bullies was on duty, this shameless spoke to me with derision. At
2:14 PM He tried to involve in his harassment a security officer who was doing
his shift professionally. Thanks God the officer walked away. At 3:12 PM He
went to his place of intimidation to harass me and abuse the dog. He had fun at
me until 6:00 p.m. I went home because my clothes were still wet from the
rain.
I started the day under heavy rain and strong gusts of
winds. To my misfortune I could not hold
my umbrella, I needed my camera on hand. My long-time cyber-bully’s officer was
doing his usual bullying for my pictures. He joined a man from inside security
to harass me with the phone. Although my poster was shot down, I was able to
overcome the rain and the winds.

I would
like to apologize to the people who saw me last week acting with inappropriate
behavior in front of Bank of America. I am ashamed of the people who for almost
six years have seen me dying quietly by a traffic barrier. I mean the
confrontations I've had with the man who walks the sniffing- bomb dog who is
destined to harass me. He's been bullying me since 2018. This year his
provocative attitude, standing in front of me, feigning innocence has made me
curse and shout out vulgar words in public and this is not my way of being.
He's trying to get me out of control to ridicule me. This is the story documented by 40 photos.
Protest # 846... This man named Oscar appeared when one of his
co-workers was harassing me by mocking my web pages since 2013. I was forced to
show his photos on a poster with the security officers who were his partners. It
called the attention of this potential bully to continue his friend’s bullying.
During his first appearance started looking at me with an intimidating attitude.
I kept his harassment unpublished.
Protest # 851... The stares of this new dog walker continued
whenever passed by my side. In the post of this day I decided to give him a
message to inform him that I was aware of his harassment. I felt labeled as stupid
to be deceived and intimidated.
Protest # 857... On this day this man had the nerve to come to me,
read my poster and then mock at me with the officer creator of this endless
harassment. The two ruined my fifth anniversary protesting by the tower of Bank
of America.
Protests # 873, 878… my doubts that this man was taking vengeance
for his partner who for five years ruined my protests, began to grow. He was looking for
security officers for his harassment, just like the old bully did.
Protest # 883... On this day he had a fun meeting with the security officer and an MTA employee, (transport authority) Everyone made fun at me. I could not bear his game of bullying and decided to approach them yelling that they would be on my websites. At the end of the day Oscar came up to me to apologize and start a friendship. I trusted his word and agreed to leave his bullying without posting.
Protest 903... On this day I felt bewildered. I had confessed to
this man the two officers who for 5 years have ruined my protests with their
cyber bullying. He met with the one I call "Jinete" and had a
harassment meeting.
Protest # 908, 913.917… These were some of the
protests that Oscar visited me during his working hours. He asked me to remove
the poster of his co-worker because it seemed shameful. I took the suggestion
as a good co-worker pleasing his request.
Protest # 918... This
day I discovered his false friendship and ended up with his hypocritical game
to mock at me. He pointed the photo of the officer who created this harassment
and said, "Today your friend is here and comes at 4 pm." I begged him
not to meet the officer, I felt very stressed and did not want his picture in
my post. I told him he'd break my heart if he does it. At 4:10 PM I had their looks
and laughter before me.
Protests # 942,945,962,966,967,969,971,974,975... The bullying of this new cyber stalker became a
nightmare which I must use all my strength to keep myself from losing control.
He enjoys harassing me with my two most hated cyber officers. On P# 971 He instigated a security officer
to harass me with the phone for his entire shift. On P# 974 he started his bullying at 12:15 PM and ended at 7:57 PM. On
P # 975 he introduced another
co-worker to his vengeful game of harassment and it was obvious his complicity.

stood in front of me having an intimidating attitude. He posed for my photos
showing me his phone and his butt. He played hide-and-seek and when he looked
at me he showed me his teeth. He took pictures of me and made recordings to

This
shameless cyber-officer entered the bank to share web pages with his partner
who did not leave the building since I began to protest. At the end of his
shift this bully walked beside me, raised his arm waving his hand. He seemed
pleased to have ruined my day.

following images say how much fun the bully's coworker found my story. Despite of
mocking at me, there was a moment when this man asked me questions about my

At soon as
“Oscar the fucking bully” started to
harass me asked his dog to be his partner pointing at me. This is the most
ridiculous bully ever seen, repeatedly told me that he did not care about my
photos or videos and even made poses to mockery at me. At 7:13 PM This bully came to the sidewalk where I was, his body was
very close to mine and in fear of being assaulted by him I had to spit it out.

He asked me if I didn't mind waiting for him after
8:00 pm. time he would leave the dog at home. He wanted to come back to keep harassing
me. I had 10 hours 21 minutes protesting and ignored his ridiculous proposal.
A man from
inside security joined the bullying game. At noon time his dog was under the
sun for one hour 24 minutes. I told him to give water to the dog, to make fun
at me he asked the dog if he was thirsty. He made me to take 1.094

the damn dog walker showed me his intentions to ruin my day. He was in front of
me with another dog walker. When they approached near me this bully stopped by his

1-Today before leaving the train station a woman was sitting on the floor
barefoot. Homeless people always break my heart.
2-A man sitting by the selective area of the bank kept me on alert. The

4-A man needed scotch tape and asked me for a piece to fix his poster.
5-Someone was carrying an umbrella from the TD bank. It reminded me the one
I won for opening accounts. This was my last job until Bank of America lawyers
tricked the judge and me to make me lose it.
6-A woman broke a glass bottle. People were kicking the pieces to the road.
To prevent cars from breaking their tires or people getting cut, I picked up
some pieces. Before I finished my day, I asked a maintenance man to clean up

Today, upon my arrival at
Bank of America, I found police officers and police barriers. The annual Falun
Dafa Chinese Parade was about to take place. Suddenly a police officer came to
me saying that I should move out of my place. I repeatedly told him about the
years I have been in front of the bank, but he covered his face impatiently. I
felt confused wondering if the officer was a bank security or from the City of
New York. When I asked if it was because Bank of America that I should leave,
he decided to speak with the security of the bank.

Around 3:00 PM a taxi driver
parked his car between 15 feet from the crosswalk and the bus line. I warned
him that parking in this area is very strict, I've seen drivers getting fines.
He replied that his car is broken, and he doesn't care about the fine, if he
gets one he'll throw it away. After one hour 50 minutes the traffic officer
asked him how much longer he should wait to get help and he said did not to
know. 15 minutes later, the officer returned to remind him that the bus traffic
was coming. The driver seemed frustrated. Before I finished my protest, I asked
him if he wanted anything, he answered: I'm thirsty. I asked one of my friends who
was visiting me to buy a bottle of water.
He refused to take it.
While observing the taxi
driver I saw a group of people pulling out stuff from a bag that was by the facade
of the bank. I went to the public sidewalk to see what was going on. People started to
take off their clothes and suddenly they begun to dance. Here's a short video

Today’s bullies have the shit of bullying in their mind and they know how

For almost 6 years I have
always admired the good job and dedication of Bank of America’s maintenance
team, except the man that threatened me in P

This dog walker has played

Around 11:30 am a man in a
walker went to the bank’s side, untied his belt and put his pants down. The security
officer was by the other side, I raised my hand to call him warning of a possibility of having
a disgusting event by the building. The security officer made sure it didn't
happen and the bank's selective area remained clean. The officer thanked me.
As soon as the officer went
to the cyber corner this maintenance’s man joined him as he always does with
all the security officers. He acts like a clown with loud laughter and mocking looks

I have mentioned on previous
posts the nightmare coming from a purchase at e-Bay of a pair of wheels on August
18, 2018 and they were lost. I was doing a favor for a man in wheelchair who
makes his living of charity on the streets. On November 6, 2018 Pay pal
recovered the purchase amount of $69.56 but also the funds were lost. Four of the
5 representatives from PayPal informed me that the money was credited to
another person that had linked its account with mine. On my last call my name
and e-mail were removed from PayPal system. The bank assured me that there is
no way that this money can be credited on my closed account for fraud.
I had no choice but to ask
for help to CONSUMER INVESTIGATIVE
CENTER NBC 4 BAQUERO program. Thanks to Mrs. Lauren's great work, this problem
ended today. To my surprise the bank had received the refund, but it went to
the account of “Unposted funds”. I was never notified about this transaction.
The sunny day of today was
dark for me. I spent the entire weekend on nausea selecting photos of my hated
cyber harasser assigned by Bank of America to ruin my protests. The nausea
continued today. To alleviate a bit the disgusting image that will be on my view
for the rest of the year I left two pictures of my AMERICAN DREAM poster.
PROTEST # 951... AFTER YESTERDAY'S STORMY PROTEST, TODAY I FELT STRANGE TO HAVE A QUIET DAY... A PACIFIC AND SILENT PROTEST WITH COLORFUL FLAGS CAUGHT MY EYE... I'M WORKING ON MY NEW BULLYING POSTER... THIS BRINGS ME NAUSEA AND DISGUST... THIS CYBER-OFFICER “JINETE" HAS BEEN ON MY MEMORY FOR YEARS AND NOW I WILL HAVE HIM ON PAPER AND ALIVE
